Watersheds, Water Quality and a Changing Climate

Date:
Friday, October 23, 2009 - Saturday, October 24, 2009

Thank you to everyone who attended our 2009 Symposium. We felt it was a great success, allowing for much needed dialogue about what is happening on the central coast to address watersheds, water quality and climate change.

The Sanctuary's Water Quality Protection Program and the Central Coast Wetlands Group brought together diverse stakeholders to showcase applied research and promote regional collaboration to address complex watershed-based challenges.

Following the workshop was the Sip of the Sanctuary, a complimentary wine tasting event celebrating the 10 year anniversary of the Agriculture Water Quality Alliance and honoring recipients of the 2009 AWQA Stewardship Awards.
